Domain, Inc., as your feed supplier, can guarantee that
the Tend-R-Leen® product line DOES NOT
contain any prohibited animal protein. In fact, the Tend-R-Leen® product line does not contain any animal protein or
animal fat, period!
Consumer concerns are
important
to all of us.
The reason Tend-R-Leen® does not have any animal protein or animal fat was not
because of a FDA regulation or any scientific
ending, but as an effort to avoid confusion and
unnecessary consumer concerns.
To help answer some of your concerns, the
following is a list of steps Domain, Inc. has taken
to address the issue of BSE:
Ø
Ruminant Meat and Bone Meal has
not been used in the Domain, Inc. mill since May
1997.
Ø
Tend-R-Leen® Ultra Finisher, code 536, has
never contained MBM.
Ø There are no products in the
Tend-R-Leen line that contain animal by-products.
Ø Domain, Inc. is an FCI certified
facility.
Ø
Domain, Inc. requires all
commodity suppliers and trucking firms to file a
certificate stating that they are in compliance with
FDA regulation 21 CFR&589.2000, regarding
keeping feed and trucks clean and free of any
prohibited animal proteins.
Ø
Domain, Inc. mill is inspected
regularly by the FDA to insure compliance with all
FDA regulations.
